Military aircraft crashed into a campus in Bangladesh


A Bangladesh aircraft crashed into a milestone and college campus in the Dhaka capital on Monday, with at least 18 deaths reported so far, according to the military.

The F-7 BGI aircraft took off from the AK Khandar Air Force Base at 1:06 noon, local time, crashing immediately after the Uttara District in North Dhaka, where students attended the class and took the test.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Bangladesh Armed Forces Public Relations sector, said that more than 160 others had been injured in the accident. The injured, many of them suffered burns, had been taken to the nearest hospital.

The cause of the accident was not clear immediately. Per ISPr, the high -level investigation committee has been formed to see the incident.
