Diana Shipping Inc. Announce a time charter contract for M/V MYRSINI with Cargill


Diana Shipping Inc., a global shipping company specializes in ownership and barter-in of dried bulk ships, today announced that through a subsidiary that is fully owned, has signed a contract of time with Cargill International Sa, Geneva, one Kamsarmax dry bulk ship, M/V Myrsini. The gross charter level is US $ 13,000 per day, reduced by the 4.75% commission paid to third parties, for the period to a minimum January 1, 2026 to the maximum of 28 February 2026. This charter is expected to begin on February 28, 2025.

“Myrsini” is 82,117 DWT Kamsarmax Dry Bulk Vessel which was built in 2010.
