Diana Shipping Inc., a global shipping company specializes in ownership and barter-in of dried bulk ships, today announced that through a subsidiary that is fully owned, has signed a contract of time with Cargill International Sa, Geneva, one Kamsarmax dry bulk ship, M/V Myrsini.
