The refinery of Mangalore India and Petrochemicals Ltd issued oil searched for crude oil, a company document showed on Tuesday.
The refiners are looking for a 1 million or 2 million barrels of free (FOB) cargo (FOB) or the cost and cost (C&F) or sent at the bottom of the port (DAP), he said, without determining the delivery period.
The tender will be closed on February 6 with an applicable offer on the same day.
MRPL did not give a tender issued last month after a harder US sanction disturbed Russia’s supply to India’s top buyers.
